Deal Memo Terms:

Cancellation Policy

❏ Once shoot is confirmed all productions may be subject to cancellation fees.

❏ Cancellation within 48 hours of shoot date results in a 50% labor & equipment fee

❏ Cancellation within 24 hours of shoot date results in a 100% labor & equipment fee

Travel

❏ All travel expenses (visa, carnets, air, hotel, transportation, etc.) are to be paid by production.

Payment

❏ Payment terms: All payments are due within 15 days of invoice date. (Net 15)

❏ Pre-Production: 100% of labor rate for prep days and tech scouts

❏ Late Fee: Overdue invoices are subject to a 10% late fee compounded monthly

Insurance

❏ If loss, damage, or theft occurs, production assumes all responsibility and is responsible for paying the insurance deductible

❏ Certificate of Insurance (C.O.I) with General Liability and rented equipment coverage must be issued by production listing Richard Bizenza as additional insured and loss payee

❏ All files recorded by Richard Bizenza are property and copyright of Richard Bizenza until all invoices and fees are paid in full.

❏ Any negotiated rates or terms different from what is stated on this rate Production card must be in writing and signed by both parties (Production Company / Client and Think Sound LLC).
